Layout and Floor Plan

OXA's 25 m² floor plan is arranged to maximize both function and atmosphere. The main living area flows openly from the entrance, with a compact kitchen zone integrated along one wall. The sleeping area can be separated or left open depending on the interior configuration chosen. A full bathroom completes the layout. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the primary facade fill the space with natural light and create a strong connection to the outdoors. Every centimeter has been considered — from built-in storage to optimized circulation paths.

Materials and Build Quality

OXA is built with premium-grade materials throughout. The structural frame uses C24-grade kiln-dried timber, ensuring long-term dimensional stability and strength. Walls are insulated with Steico wood fiber — a breathable, high-performance insulation that regulates moisture naturally and contributes to a healthy indoor climate. Exterior cladding options include wooden lining, wooden slats, or cement-bonded particle boards. Interior finishes are available in Base or Design packages, with the Design level featuring carefully selected materials that elevate the entire experience. All connections use MiTek pressed metal connectors for engineering-grade precision.

Delivery and Installation

OXA is manufactured completely in our Riga facility and shipped as a single module on a standard transport trailer. Its compact dimensions make delivery straightforward even to locations with limited access. Delivery cost is calculated based on your country and shown in the configurator. Our installation crew handles placement and connection on your prepared foundation — typically completing the work within 1–2 days. We provide all necessary technical documentation for foundation preparation, so your local team knows exactly what to build before OXA arrives.
