Layout and Floor Plan

LINEA's 29 m² layout follows its name — a linear, open-plan arrangement that keeps things simple and usable. The main living space extends from the entrance through to the far end, with a kitchen area integrated along one wall. A bathroom is partitioned off for privacy. The sleeping area can be defined with furniture placement rather than fixed walls, giving you flexibility to use the space differently as your needs change. Windows on the long facade bring in daylight along the entire length of the interior. At 2.5 m ceiling height, the proportions feel balanced even in this compact footprint.

Materials and Build Quality

LINEA doesn't compromise on structure. The frame is C24-grade structural timber — the same grade used in every ZOGAL model. Insulation is Steico wood fiber in walls, roof, and floor, providing thermal performance, breathability, and sound damping. The building envelope is fully sealed with weather membrane and vapor management layers. Exterior cladding options are identical to our premium models: wooden lining, slats, or cement-bonded boards. MiTek pressed metal connectors are used throughout. The difference in price comes from the smaller area and simpler geometry — not from downgraded materials.

Delivery and Installation

LINEA ships as a single compact module from our factory in Riga. Its dimensions fit comfortably on a standard transport trailer, making delivery straightforward and cost-effective. The lightweight module can be craned into position quickly — installation typically takes 1–2 days. LINEA works on concrete slab, screw piles, or wheeled base foundations. The wheeled base option is particularly popular for clients who want a mobile or semi-permanent installation. Delivery cost depends on your country and is shown in the configurator.
