Materials and Build Quality

Every IOLA is built using C24-grade structural timber — the same grade used in professional construction across Europe. The walls feature Steico wood fiber insulation, providing excellent thermal and sound performance while being vapor-permeable and environmentally responsible. Exterior options include wooden lining, wooden slats, or cement-bonded particle boards, each available in multiple colors. Windows are double or triple-glazed depending on the configuration. All structural connections use MiTek pressed metal connectors for consistent, engineered precision. Interior finishes range from a bare shell to fully furnished — you choose your level.

Delivery and Installation

IOLA is manufactured in our facility in Riga, Latvia and delivered as a complete module across Europe. The house travels on a standard transport trailer. Delivery pricing depends on your location and is calculated automatically in the configurator when you select your country. On-site installation is performed by our trained team and typically takes 1–3 working days. IOLA can be placed on various foundation types — a traditional concrete slab, screw piles, or even a wheeled base for mobile use. We provide technical documentation for the foundation so your local contractor can prepare the site before delivery.
