The building envelope includes proper vapor management layers and a weather-resistant exterior membrane. Facade options include wooden lining, slats, or cement-bonded boards in your preferred color. MiTek pressed metal connectors ensure every structural joint is calculated and precise. The result is a house that performs year after year without the maintenance surprises common in cheaper builds.

Delivery and Installation

AURELIA is built in our Riga factory and delivered to your prepared site as a modular unit. For a house of this size, delivery may involve one or two module sections depending on transport route constraints. Our logistics team manages routing, permits, and scheduling.
