Overview

ANIX is our modern design flagship in the 50+ m² category. With 51 m² of total area and 50 m² of usable living space, it provides genuine room for a family or a couple who wants space to breathe. The design language is distinctly contemporary — clean lines, balanced proportions, and a facade that makes a statement without being excessive. Inside, the smart layout separates living, sleeping, and utility zones in a way that feels natural and unforced. ANIX represents what happens when engineering precision and architectural intent work together.

Key Benefits

Contemporary design that stands out

ANIX brings a distinctly modern aesthetic to modular housing. The facade proportions, window placement, and material combinations are designed by professionals who understand that a house should look as good as it functions.

50 m² of intelligent living space

Every zone in ANIX serves a clear purpose. The open living and kitchen area provides social space, the bedroom offers genuine privacy, and the bathroom is properly dimensioned. No wasted corners, no awkward transitions.

Energy performance built in

Full Steico wood fiber insulation in walls, floor, and roof. Controlled air exchange, quality glazing, and a tight building envelope ensure low energy consumption throughout the year.

Full customization from facade to furniture

Use our configurator to choose exterior materials and colors, interior finishes, furniture packages, and additional equipment. ANIX adapts to your taste — not the other way around.

Who Is the ANIX For?

ANIX is built for people who want a real home with modern character:

  • Young families who need a functional, well-designed first home
  • Couples looking for a permanent residence with contemporary style
  • Remote professionals who want a house that doubles as a workspace
  • Design-conscious buyers who won't settle for generic prefab aesthetics
  • Holiday home owners who want modern comfort in a natural setting
  • Investors targeting the premium rental market with a distinctive property

Layout and Floor Plan

ANIX's 51 m² floor plan divides into three clear zones. The main living area — an open-plan kitchen and living room — occupies the central portion and benefits from large windows on the primary facade. The private zone includes a separated bedroom with enough space for a double bed, wardrobe, and movement. The utility zone houses a full bathroom and an entrance area with storage. Traffic flow is designed so you move naturally between zones without corridors eating into your living space. The ceiling height of 2.5 m and strategic window placement ensure the interior feels open and well-lit throughout the day.

Materials and Build Quality

ANIX is constructed with C24-grade structural timber and insulated with Steico wood fiber across all surfaces — walls, roof, and floor. This insulation system is breathable, regulating moisture naturally to maintain a healthy indoor environment. The exterior can be finished with wooden lining, wooden slats, or cement-bonded particle boards in your choice of color. Structural connections use MiTek pressed metal technology for consistent, calculated load distribution. Interior finish options range from a bare structural shell to our full Design package with premium surfaces, fixtures, and furniture. Every ANIX leaves our factory having passed quality control at each production stage.

FAQ

Is ANIX large enough for a family?

ANIX provides 50 m² of living space with a separate bedroom, open-plan living area, full kitchen, and bathroom. It works comfortably for a couple or a small family of 2–3 people. The layout is designed to feel spacious despite the compact overall footprint.

Why does ANIX cost more than AURELIA, which has similar area?

ANIX features a more complex design with higher-specification standard components and a different structural approach. The pricing reflects the engineering, material selection, and design sophistication specific to this model. Use the configurator to compare fully equipped prices for both.

Can ANIX be used as a permanent home?

Yes. ANIX is fully insulated and designed as a year-round dwelling. It meets the structural and thermal requirements for permanent residential use. You will need to ensure your plot is zoned for residential construction and obtain the necessary permits.

How is a 51 m² house transported?

Depending on transport route width restrictions and distance, ANIX may travel as one module or two connected sections. Our logistics team plans the optimal route. Once on site, our crew handles assembly and connection.

What interior finish levels are available?

You can order ANIX without interior finishing (bare shell), with Base finish (functional surfaces, standard fixtures), or with Design finish (premium materials, elevated details). Furniture packages are available for Base and Design finishes.

What energy efficiency features does ANIX include?

ANIX uses Steico wood fiber insulation across all building surfaces, double or triple-glazed windows, a tight vapor barrier system, and a weather-sealed building envelope. These features ensure low energy consumption for heating and cooling throughout the year.

Can I see the ANIX interior before ordering?

Yes. Our configurator includes 360° interior panorama views for available finish and furniture combinations. You can explore the interior from your screen before committing. We also welcome visits to our showroom in Riga by appointment.

What warranty does ANIX come with?

ANIX includes a 5-year warranty on all structural components and a 2-year warranty on finishing elements. Extended warranty options are available. The warranty is valid regardless of installation country within Europe.
