Layout and Floor Plan

ANIX's 51 m² floor plan divides into three clear zones. The main living area — an open-plan kitchen and living room — occupies the central portion and benefits from large windows on the primary facade. The private zone includes a separated bedroom with enough space for a double bed, wardrobe, and movement. The utility zone houses a full bathroom and an entrance area with storage. Traffic flow is designed so you move naturally between zones without corridors eating into your living space. Materials and Build Quality

ANIX is constructed with C24-grade structural timber and insulated with Steico wood fiber across all surfaces — walls, roof, and floor. This insulation system is breathable, regulating moisture naturally to maintain a healthy indoor environment. The exterior can be finished with wooden lining, wooden slats, or cement-bonded particle boards in your choice of color. Structural connections use MiTek pressed metal technology for consistent, calculated load distribution. Interior finish options range from a bare structural shell to our full Design package with premium surfaces, fixtures, and furniture. Every ANIX leaves our factory having passed quality control at each production stage.

Delivery and Installation

ANIX is produced entirely at our facility in Riga and transported as a modular unit to your site. Due to the 51 m² size, ANIX may be delivered as a single large module or two connected sections depending on transport route restrictions. Our logistics team handles all transport planning. Delivery cost is calculated by country in the configurator. Installation is performed by our professional crew and takes 2–5 days depending on configuration and site conditions. We provide detailed foundation specifications so your local contractor can prepare the site in advance. ANIX can be placed on concrete slab, screw pile, or strip foundations.
